Right of withdrawal

As a private person, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Act on Distance Contracts. However, you do not have the right to cancel if you ordered an item that was manufactured according to your instructions or that has otherwise been given a clear personal touch.

The 14 day cancellation period begins on the day you receive the item.

Contact us if you wish to return an item. When returning, the item must be in unused condition and must be returned in undamaged original packaging. Therefore, do not stick the return shipping slip directly on the product packaging. The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. In the event of deviations, any reduction in value will be charged.

When returning, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, as well as any import duties and fees in the event the return is sent from outside the European Union.

We do not accept returns that were returned against cash on delivery / collect on delivery, and the purchase is considered completed in this case.

Refund

In the case of a refund where goods are to be returned to us, this only takes place when the goods have arrived and been checked by us. Note that charged shipping costs or any administration fees are not refunded.

Please note that in order to take advantage of right of withdrawal, the package must be accepted/picked up. Otherwise, the actual cost of the return and any other incurred costs for the shipment such as warehouse rent and the like will be charged, as well as an additional handling fee of SEK 150.

Reimbursement takes place within 14 days after clarification of the amount to be reimbursed.

Right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

To request cancellation or return of an order:

  • Sign into your customer account (you must use the same email you used to place the order)
  • Locate the order you would like to cancel, and click "Return items"
  • Select the item(s) that you want to return or cancel, select a reason, and add a note if you'd like,
  • Click "Review changes", correct if necessary and then click "Send request".

You will receive a confirmation by email that your request has been sent.
