Cauliflower 'All Year Round'
Cauliflower 'All Year Round'
Brassica oleracea
A favourite among garderers, 'All Year Round' produces good quality white heads with a mild, almost sweet flavour and is an excellent all-purpose variety for successional sowing. This variety is cold tolerant and can be harvested all year round, hence the name.
Rich in vitamin C, vitamin K and folate, and a good source of B-complex vitamins, manganese, phosphorus, and fiber and contains small amounts of protein, potassium and magnesium.
Tip! Cauliflower curds may "yellow" if they receive too much sun, rain, or frost. Secure the plants` long leaves over the cauliflower heads to insure beautiful white heads.
