Early summer carrot with long slender roots. The variety is intended to be eaten fresh or blanched and frozen. Not suitable for winter storage. Thrives best in rock-free, loam-rich and well-drained soil. Water when dry. Keep free of weeds.

Pre-cultivation: Not recommended - carrots do not like their roots disturbed.

Direct sowing: Maj-June. Water in the seedbed before sowing. Keep the seed moist. Germination time 2-4 weeks. Covering with fiber cloth after sowing gives faster germination and prevents attacks from pests. Leave the fiber cloth on until harvesting.

Harvest: July-Sept

Spacing: 2-4cm / 3-4 plants per GreenStalk pocket. Or, companion plant them in the "corners" of GreenStalk pockets together with beans or peas.
