Shipping policy

Destination countries

Orders are shipped from Sweden with delivery available within the European Union and to Norway, Switzerland, and the UK.

VAT and duties are included in price for the these countries.

Shipping & delivery

The shipping cost is calculated on the total volumetric weight of the order and is shown in the checkout before you place your order. We currently offer delivery with UPS.

If you live in or are traveling near Uddevalla on the west coast of Sweden, you can also choose to pick up your goods in-store! Select "Pick-up at Grow Towers" at checkout, and we will package your goods and send a status update when they are ready for collection. Please wait for this status update, as a confirmation that your goods have been packed and are ready for collection. Of course you can also shop in the store during opening hours without ordering online beforehand.

Delivery address

It is important to enter the EXACT name on your ID so that the carrier can release your goods to you.

It is important that you check that the address, email and phone number you entered is correct. We cannot take responsibility for packages with incorrect address information, incorrect telephone numbers or email addresses. Any fees and extra shipping costs that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete information, we unfortunately have to charge you as a customer as this is an additional cost that our transport partners invoice us, and which we are not in a position to cover.

Delivery time

For stocked goods, your order is normally sent from us within 2 working days. Time for transport to you or your delivery point will vary by location.

Pre-order

If any of the items in your order are marked with special information about delivery time or are marked as Pre-Order, this means that the item(s) is a pre-order. Your order will then be delivered as soon as all the goods you ordered are in stock.

Delivery of orders with pre-order items takes place in the order they are received.

Note that the specified time for when the goods are expected to be in our warehouse again is an estimate, there is always a risk that delays may occur.

Remember to notify us if you will not be at the specified address for a certain period in case the delivery time for your order is extended.

Changed recipient and extended length of stay

If you need to change the recipient, address or increase the storage time for your shipment, you can contact us and we will help you with this. In these cases, we charge the carrier's fee for these changes at cost price.

Notification

Notifications from the carrier are sent by email - check your Inbox and also your spam folder regularly after placing an order! Changes to the status of your order will be notified to you via e-mail.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility if SMS or e-mail from the shipping company does not reach you. If you have received delivery information from us, you know that your order is on its way and you can then track your shipment yourself.

In case of non-appearance or delayed delivery

If you have not received your package or any notification 2-3 working days after notification of delivery from us, we recommend that you search for detailed information about your shipment using the shipment number. Sometimes the notification goes wrong or maybe your given mobile number or e-mail is not correct so that the notification did not arrive. Remember to check your spam folder if you are expecting a notification by email! Then contact your local carrier and ask for delivery information by stating the shipment number you received from us.

Consignment not collected/Consignment in return

UPS will make three delivery attempts. During this time, you will have opportunity to reschedule delivery or choose to collect your parcel at a UPS Access Point. After three failed delivery attempts parcels will be returned to us. We unfortunately have to charge you as customer any fees for uncollected shipments as this is an additional cost that our transport partners invoice us, and which we are not in a position to cover.

Transport damage

Transport damage must be reported immediately (on the day of arrival of the delivery) to the carrier and to us via e-mail support@growtowers.eu. If you discover the damage after you have opened the package, immediately report the goods to the carrier and to us at the above e-mail address.

If you have received a shipment with visible external damage, we ask that you first check whether the contents are damaged or whether it is only the outer packaging that is broken.
