General
These conditions apply to end consumers who shop via our website or in our store.
Should any condition be found to be invalid according to what applies according to Swedish or EU law, this shall not mean that the purchase conditions become invalid in their entirety, but the invalid condition shall in such case be replaced by an equivalent legal text.
Prices & Payment
Prices are inclusive VAT and duties for the EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland.
Prices are without shipping, which will be calculated during checkout.
We currently offer the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Klarna, Bancontact och iDEAL.
When you have put goods in the shopping basket and gone to the checkout, it is shown which payment methods apply, whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and which VAT rate applies, if any.
We reserve the right for possible printing errors and errors in the article and price information, as well as for a certain item being out of stock or obsolete, and we reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.
Price and availability of the products are based on the time you put the products in the shopping cart. We reserve the right to change prices slightly in connection with various campaigns with expiration dates. The products may also have sold out.
Abandoned shopping cart: If your purchase is cancelled, we will e-mail you a reminder list of the products you put in the shopping cart. This is an extra customer service to make your purchase with us as smooth and easy as possible. You can recreate the shopping cart at any time with all the items in it or not. You therefore do not need to act if you do not wish to complete the purchase.
Grow Towers reserves the right to refuse orders in individual cases.
In the event of a return for any reason, any accrued fees for invoice purchases or partial payment are always the customer's responsibility to settle.
Your order
Change in order
If you wish to make a change, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible prior to the order being picked up by the carrier.
A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us. You can cancel your order at no cost to you until the order has been executed. After this time, you are obliged to accept the delivery. Private persons have the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of goods, see under the heading "Right of withdrawal".
Cancellation of an order cannot be done after it has been picked up by the carrier.
Warranty & complaint
If your shipment contains errors such as the wrong number or type, or if any part of the contents is damaged, contact us as soon as possible (no later than 5 days after receipt) so that we can correct any errors.
ATTENTION! If you discover that any item in your package is damaged during unpacking, we ask you to photograph the package with its contents so that we can see how the damaged product is packed and how it is in the package. Send these pictures to our customer service when you make your complaint.
In order for us to accept the complaint, the receipt/delivery note or order confirmation must be presented.
Do not return a faulty item before you have spoken to us.
Note that for discounted goods with an identified defect, no warranty or right of complaint applies for the specified defect.
In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the risk of possible shipping damage due to inadequate packaging, so remember to pack the item properly.
