Well-known and popular variety with a long harvest period. Nutritious, beautiful variety with dark green leaves that gives a bountiful harvest. Best suited for sowing in spring and autumn. Place in sun to partial shade in moisture-retaining, loose, nutrient- and humus-rich soil.

Spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable, packing high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium.

Direct sowing: Early, as soon as the soil can be cultivated to mid-June and early autumn. Water the soil before sowing. Keep the seed moist until the seeds germinate.
